Our place is located right in Naya Bazaar, over in Najafgarh. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s always moving. There’s a lot of energy in the market, and we are right in the middle of it at C 32. We’ve been here long enough to see the shops around us change hands a few times. The building itself is sturdy, even if it feels a bit cramped when we’re all busy during the peak hours. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders; we’re more concerned with making sure things are working right for the day. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby colonies, so we’re all pretty familiar with each other and our families. We drink a lot of tea while we work, especially during the winters when it gets really cold in the mornings before the sun hits the street. There’s no big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a front desk and some rooms where we keep our records and equipment. We try to keep things straightforward. People come in with questions, and we give them answers as best we can. It’s a bit noisy because of the market outside, but you get used to the sound of the horns and the people shouting. It’s just life in Najafgarh. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local business trying to stay steady.
