Rbs Travels

We are up on the second floor at O8/A in Jung Pora Extension. It is a lively part of New Delhi and we have been based here for quite a while. Rbs Travels is mostly about helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there. The office is a bit small and the walls are covered with maps and calendars. We have three desks and a lot of phones that never seem to stop ringing. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time. We get a lot of regulars who come in to book their trips or just to ask about prices. It is a friendly place where we know most of our customers by name. We don't use any fancy booking software, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big group traveling, just to make sure all the tickets are printed. Jung Pora is a great area because you can find anything you need just around the corner. We usually grab some street food for lunch and eat it at our desks. It’s a busy life but we enjoy talking to people about their plans. We don't try to be anything we are not; we are just a small travel office doing our best every day.
