Ravemoti Pltd Tadka Restaurant

We are over in Old Kondli, near the Panchyat Ghar. Most people around here know Tuleram House, that’s where we set up shop. It is a bit of a busy area but we like it that way. We spend most of our time in the kitchen working on the food. It is mostly tadka style cooking because that is what we are used to doing. We aren't some big corporate chain with a fancy manual. It is just a few of us making meals for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the street gets a bit loud with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the orders. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors know us by name. It is not about being the most popular place in Delhi, just about having a spot where people can get a plate of food without any fuss. We don’t have any slick marketing or big signs. Just the name on the front and the smell of the cooking coming out the door. Some days are faster than others. On the slow days, we just clean up or talk to the regulars who stop by for a chat. It is a simple life running a restaurant in this part of town. We keep things plain and honest. If you are looking for the Tuleram House area, we are right there. That is pretty much all there is to it. We just hope the food is hot and the customers leave with a full stomach. That is really what matters at the end of a long shift.
