Even though the name says Noida, we are actually located in Laxmi Nagar at Flat No. 9, 11/368. It is right in the heart of New Delhi. If you have ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know how packed it gets. Our office is in a residential-style building, which is pretty common for smaller setups around here. We are up in Flat 9, so it is a bit like working out of an apartment. We have got the kitchen area for making coffee and the main rooms are filled with our desks and computers. It is a bit tight when we have a lot of work to get through, but we make it work. The street outside is always buzzing with people going to the markets or the metro station. We do not have any corporate branding on the walls or a big sign outside. It is just a plain door. Inside, we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Most of us have been working here long enough that we do not mind the close quarters. We share the space and keep things moving. There is not any fancy software or high-tech security systems. We just lock the door when we leave and come back the next morning. It is a very practical way to run things. We do not spend a lot of time on meetings that do not go anywhere. We just get the job done and go home.
