We are based in Munrika Village at 215/A. If you have been to Munrika, you know the lanes can be narrow and confusing. We have been in this part of New Delhi for quite a while. We do tours and travel stuff. It is mostly us helping people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without spending too much. The office is in the middle of the village life. You can hear the neighbors and the local market from our door. It is not a corporate office park. We have stacks of files, maps, and notebooks. We do not use fancy software, just the basic stuff that works. Usually, someone is making tea in the back. We know most of the people who walk past our window. It is a family-style environment even though we have the Pvt. Ltd. name. We do not do ads. Most of our customers used us before or live nearby. It can get busy around the holiday seasons, and the office gets a bit cramped. We take it one customer at a time. It is a good spot to be in, even with the narrow streets and the Delhi heat. We have an old calendar on the wall that we forget to turn sometimes. The plastic chairs for the customers are a bit mismatched, but they are comfortable enough. We just focus on getting the travel details right for everyone. There is a small shrine on the shelf.
