If you find yourself on Mubarakpur Road in Delhi, you will likely pass by our spot at E-86 in Inder Enclave-Ii. We are a local restaurant and we have been serving the neighborhood for a long time. It’s a simple setup with some tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. The kitchen is the heart of the place and it’s usually quite loud with the sound of cooking. We don't have a massive menu with lots of fancy pictures. We just cook what we know people like to eat every day. Delhi gets very hot, especially in a kitchen, so we are always trying to stay cool. We have a small staff and most of us have worked together for years. It feels more like a family than a business most of the time. We see the same faces coming in for dinner every night, which is nice. We spend our mornings prepping vegetables and getting the dough ready. We don't do any big advertising. People just know we are here. Sometimes we run out of special items early if it’s a busy day. Mubarakpur Road is always crowded, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We just keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever walks in. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Inder Enclave as Rameshwar Resturant. It is just a basic eatery.
