Ramada Plaza

Our place is over at D-346 in Pul Prahalad Pur, which is a busy area in New Delhi. It is not always easy to find if you are not from around here, but once you see the sign, you know you’re in the right spot. The building has been here for quite some time now and it feels like a second home to many of us who work here. We spend our days mostly answering calls and dealing with whatever comes through the door. It gets quite loud outside with all the cars and people moving about, but inside we try to keep things moving along steadily. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been around for years. We don’t really have any fancy corporate speeches or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home. Sometimes we sit around in the break area and talk about the weekend or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very normal way of working and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. The furniture is a bit old, and the windows get dusty from the road, but it works for us. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks without making a big fuss about things. It’s a practical setup and we’re used to the rhythm of this part of Delhi. We like the fact that it is a bit noisy and full of life, even if it can be tiring.
