Ramada Hotel

This building is at A-11, F-1 in Surya Nagar, right on the edge of Ghaziabad and Delhi. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you get off the main road. We’ve got a staff that’s been around for a while, so we all kind of know the routine by heart now. The morning shift starts early, usually when it’s still a bit dark out. We check the rooms, look over the registry, and make sure the lobby looks okay. It isn't the biggest place, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the day. The traffic on the road outside can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, so we usually hear a lot of honking. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the AC humming or someone moving luggage around. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and simple stuff. The walls are a plain color, nothing too flashy. Sometimes guests ask for things we don’t have right away, and we have to go out to the local market to pick them up. It feels more like a regular house sometimes than a big corporate place. We just try to keep things tidy and make sure the lights are working. It’s a lot of walking up and down the halls, but that’s just the job. We don’t really put up posters or anything; people just seem to know we’re here in the Surya Nagar neighborhood. We just do what we can to get it right.
