Ramada Gurgaon

We are over here in Hari Nagar, right near the Ghanta Ghar at A250/1. It is a busy spot in New Delhi, and having the clock tower nearby makes it easy for people to find us. Even though the name says Gurgaon, this is where our daily operations happen. It is a lot of coming and going. We have guests arriving at all hours, so someone is always awake at the front desk. The lobby is not huge, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time checking the rooms and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the next day. Sometimes the elevator acts up or a guest loses their key, and we just have to handle it as it comes. The streets outside are always packed with rickshaws and cars, so it is never really quiet. We have got a small team here and we mostly just help each other out. It is not like those big hotels where nobody knows your name. We know the regular guests and the guys who deliver our supplies. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at the computer screen to manage bookings. It can be a bit repetitive, but every day brings someone new through the door. We just try to keep things clean and make sure the tea is hot when someone asks for it. That is about it for us.
