We are located at O1/70 in Madangir, right in the Ambedkar Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a busy neighborhood and our office fits right into the chaos of the city. We spend our days helping people plan their trips and figure out their travel details. Rama World Tours And Travel Pvt.Ltd. isn't a big, cold corporation. It is just a bunch of us sitting at desks with maps on the walls and travel brochures stacked up on the counters. The phones ring quite a lot and there is always someone coming in to ask about a flight or a train ticket. Madangir is a lively place to work, and we see all sorts of people walking by our door. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just look at the schedules and try to find what works for whoever is sitting across from us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in Delhi. We drink a lot of tea while we work and there is usually a lot of chatter about the best routes or current weather. It is a simple operation and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We are just here in Ambedkar Nagar, doing our best to get people where they need to go.
