Ram Telecom

Ram Telecom is situated at Seemapuri 349. It is a small shop, mostly dominated by a long glass counter where we keep different mobile phones and some accessories. We spend most of our day here fixing things that have stopped working properly. People come in with phones that have cracked screens or batteries that just won't hold a charge anymore. It can get quite noisy because of the traffic on the road right outside our door. The walls are covered with some old posters that have been there for years and a few racks of phone cases. It is a simple setup without any of the bright lights you see in big malls. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait with our customers until it comes back on. We have seen the Seemapuri neighborhood change quite a bit over the years we have been here. This shop isn't very big, but it serves the people living nearby just fine. It often gets a bit messy on the back workbench with all the tiny screws, wires, and spare parts scattered around. That is just the way we work. Most of our day involves talking to locals who need a quick recharge or help setting up a new SIM card they just bought. It is not a high-tech lab or anything, just a practical place for the community to get their mobile issues sorted out. We just keep things moving as they come.
