Raj Telecom

Our shop, Raj Telecom, is located right on the main road in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II. If you know MS 37, then you know exactly where we are. Being in an industrial area means things are always a bit gritty and fast-paced. There’s always a truck backing up or someone unloading crates nearby. We’ve been here at this location for a long time, watching the factories and workshops around us go through their daily grinds. Most of our customers are workers from the nearby units who need something fixed during their lunch break or right after their shift ends. The shop isn't much to look at, just some glass cases and a workbench that has seen better days. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the sun hitting the main road all day long. We keep the water cooler filled and just get on with it. Whether it's a battery issue or someone needing a new sim card, we just take it as it comes. There’s no big team here, just a couple of us who know the ropes. We don’t go for any of that polished corporate stuff. It’s an industrial zone, so we keep things honest and functional. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the street, but we try to sweep it when there’s a quiet moment. It's just a steady place to get things sorted without any fuss. We don't mind the noise from the trucks outside or the heat.
