You can find Raj Telecom at 3064/65 on Sir Syed Ahmed Road in Darya Ganj. This part of town is always moving. There are booksellers and tea stalls everywhere. Our shop is small, but we pack a lot into it. We have recharge cards, cables, and some older phone models in the window. The glass is a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside. We spend a lot of time helping people who can't get their phones to work. It’s usually something simple, but they get worried. We don't have a big corporate uniform. We just wear what’s comfortable. The street is narrow, so it’s always loud with horns and people talking. We’ve been here long enough that we know the regular faces. Sometimes a customer stays for twenty minutes just to chat about the news. We don't mind. It makes the day go by faster. We handle a lot of small repairs right there at the counter. If it’s something big, we tell them it will take a few days. We don't make promises we can't keep. It’s an honest way to run a shop in Darya Ganj. We open when the sun comes up and close when the street finally starts to get quiet. It’s just a normal phone shop. We aren't looking to become some massive chain or anything like that. We are just happy to be on this corner. It suits us just fine.
