Rahul Telecom

Rahul Telecom is based at F1/3 in Sunder Nagri, Nandnagri. It’s a humble shop where we spend most of our time dealing with mobile phone issues. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The neighborhood is pretty tight-knit, so we know most of the people who walk through the door every day. A lot of our work is about recharges and small repairs. Someone might come in with a phone that fell in water, or maybe the charging pin is loose and they can't get it to work. We sit at the small counter and try to see what can be done. It’s not always easy, especially with some of the newer models that are hard to open up without the right tools. We keep a stock of basic items like earphones, memory cards, and chargers. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space for us to work in. Sometimes the kids from the street come in asking for help with their games or apps that won't download. We help out when we can. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just stay open and wait for people to come in. It’s an honest way to make a living in Sunder Nagri. We try to give people a fair price for the work we do. That’s about it for us and how we run things here every day of the week.
