If you find yourself in the M C T Market area of Karol Bagh, you might see our shop at number 118. Rahul Telecom has been a part of this street for a long time. It’s not a huge place, but we pack a lot into it. We mostly deal with mobile phones, chargers, and all those small bits and pieces people always seem to lose. The market is always loud, and there’s a lot of competition around here, but we just stick to what we know. Most of our day is spent talking to customers about battery issues or looking for a specific screen protector that fits a three-year-old phone. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes, especially when we have three or four people waiting for repairs at the same time. We have tools scattered on the back counter and boxes of cables stacked up. It isn’t a shiny corporate showroom, just a regular shop where you can get your phone fixed or buy a new sim card without much fuss. We know the regulars by name, and they know where to find us. Karol Bagh is a fast place, and things change quickly, but we’ve managed to stay right here. Sometimes the internet is slow or a parts delivery gets delayed, and we just have to explain that to the customers. We just keep going, opening up every morning and seeing who walks in through the door.
