We've been at this spot in Pitampura for quite some time now, specifically over at Kd-44. If you know the area, we're right near the Kohat Enclave Metro Station, so the noise of the trains is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. It’s a busy little corner of Delhi. Mostly, we spend our days looking over blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in files, especially when a new project starts up. It’s not some fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's a real office where things get dusty and the printer jams once a week. People come in and out all day, asking about plots or checking on their construction progress. We try to keep things straightforward. No big sales pitches here, just us sitting at our desks trying to get the work finished before the sun goes down. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, but that’s just Pitampura for you. We’ve got a small kettle in the back for chai, which is basically what keeps us going. It’s just a group of us who know the local building scene and handle the paperwork that comes with it. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot from our window, and we’re just another part of the brick and mortar here now. It's just us doing what we know best in our little corner.
