Raghav Telecom sits right on Tajpur Road in Badarpur. If you know Rati Ram Market, you know how busy it gets around Mohan Baba Nagar. We’ve been here in this small shop for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting behind the counter handling phone recharges or looking at screens that won't turn on. The fans hum all day and the street noise never really stops. People come in from the main road asking for chargers or just to see if their old phone can be fixed one more time. It’s a dusty spot but it works for us. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. Just some shelves with covers and glass cases that we wipe down when we remember to. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there talking to the neighbors until it comes back. It's not a big operation, just a local place where people stop by on their way home. We see the same faces every week. Some people stay to chat about the weather or the traffic on the main road while they wait for their balance to update. It gets crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work. We just keep things moving as much as we can. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking but the shop stays open late anyway.
