Radisson

We work over in Noida at the Radisson. If you are familiar with the area, you probably know the building since it stands out quite a bit. Our team is usually found in the back areas or the office spaces that the guests don't really see. It is a big operation and it takes a lot of us to keep everything moving. We don't spend our time in the lobby; we are usually busy with the practical stuff like maintenance, supplies, and scheduling. Noida is a busy place and there is always some construction or new road being built nearby. Our office is a bit crowded with boxes and equipment, but we know where everything is. We have been working at this location for a good while now. The days can be long, especially when there are big events happening. We usually eat our lunch in the staff area and talk about whatever is going on in the city. It’s a mix of different people here, some who have been in Noida their whole lives and others who moved here for work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our shift charts and a few notes about what needs to be fixed. It can be a bit loud with all the machines running, but you get used to it after a few days. We just try to stay on top of our tasks and help each other out when things get busy. It's hard work but it’s what we do.
