Radisson, Noida

Even though the name says Noida, we’re actually based at C-232 in Sarojni Nagar, Delhi. It’s a bit confusing for people sometimes, I know. We operate out of this spot because it’s central and easy for everyone to get to. The office is in a busy part of the city, right near all the shopping action that happens every day. We deal with hospitality and management tasks from this small room. It’s filled with folders and planners. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you have to look closely for the house number on the gate. The building is a bit old, but it has a lot of character. We spend our mornings checking emails and taking calls from different people. In the afternoons, we might head out to meet people or check on things at other locations. It’s never really quiet here because of the traffic and the crowds nearby. We have a small table where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one wears suits here unless there’s a really big meeting. We prefer being comfortable while we work. The walls have some photos of the places we manage. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. We’ve been at this Sarojni Nagar address for a couple of years now and it feels like home.
