Radisson Mbd Hotel Noida

Even though the name says Radisson Mbd Hotel Noida, our office here is actually in Lajpat Nagar-4. We are on the second floor of H-42, which is one of those old double storey buildings that are common in this part of New Delhi. It’s a bit confusing for people sometimes because they expect a big hotel building, but this is just where the administrative and back-end stuff happens. We don’t have guest rooms or a lobby here. Instead, it’s mostly just desks, filing cabinets, and people working on computers. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels more like a residential area than a corporate hub. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and the building shows its age, but it’s a decent place to work. We handle things like recruitment, payroll, and some of the paperwork that keeps the main hotel running smoothly over in Noida. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and answering emails. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so most of us just get lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a busy office, but it’s quiet compared to the actual hotel. We’ve been in this Lajpat Nagar spot for a while now, and it suits us fine for the kind of office work we have to do. It’s just a plain, functional space where we get our daily tasks finished.
