Radisson Hotel

Our spot is in Sector 14 of Dwarka, specifically at 360, B Block in the LIG Flats. This isn't the main hotel lobby you might be thinking of. This is where more of the ground-level stuff happens for Radisson Hotel. Dwarka is a big area with lots of residential blocks, and being in the LIG flats means we are right in the thick of the community. It’s a very normal apartment setup that we use for our daily operations. There’s a lot of coming and going. Sometimes it’s staff, sometimes it’s deliveries. We don't have polished marble floors here. It's more about linoleum and old wooden desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. The neighborhood is quiet during the day but picks up in the evening when kids are out playing. We like it here because it feels like a real place, not some sterile office building. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and the windows look out onto the other flats. It’s a practical way to manage things without spending a fortune on a fancy address. We just focus on getting the schedules right and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. It's a busy life but we're used to the pace of Delhi. We just do the work and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can given the daily chaos.
