We are located at U-36 in Subhash Park, Uttam Nagar. It might seem like a bit of an unusual spot for a hospitality management service like Radisson, but it works for us. From this office, we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making sure hotels run the way they should. It is not about the fancy lobbies or the room service here; it is about the management, the numbers, and the scheduling. We spend our days dealing with a lot of emails and phone calls from different departments. Uttam Nagar is a very busy and crowded part of New Delhi, and our street is no different. You have to navigate through a lot of local traffic to get to us. Inside, the office is pretty simple with standard desks and some filing cabinets. We focus on the practical side of hotel services, making sure the standards are met and the staff knows what to do. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we are juggling too many things at once. We don't really have a lot of visitors here, as most of our work is done remotely or on the phone. We are just a dedicated team working in a plain building to make sure everything in the hospitality world stays on track. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what keeps the hotels functioning properly for the guests who stay there.
