Our office is located at B-65 in Shashi Garden, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Radient Airways Pvt. Ltd. is based here in this corner of New Delhi. Shashi Garden is a busy residential area, and our building is right in the middle of it. It’s a modest setup. We don't have a giant logo on the roof or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. We deal with aviation stuff all day, which can be pretty detailed. Sometimes we are here quite late when there are things to finish. The office has a bit of a lived-in look. We have calendars on the walls and piles of documents that we need to get through. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick break. The traffic in Mayur Vihar can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so we try to time our commutes. We don't really use corporate speak here. We just talk like normal people and try to solve whatever problems come up. It’s a straightforward environment. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals are used to seeing us around. It’s just a regular office where we put in our hours and try to do things right.
