We are based out of 20B/68A in Tilak Nagar, which is a very lively part of New Delhi. Our office is right in the thick of things, surrounded by shops and constant activity. We handle hospitality services, so our days are filled with scheduling staff and managing supplies. The office itself is quite small and often smells like the street food from the vendors outside. We have a big whiteboard where we track all the assignments, though it usually gets covered in scribbles that only we understand. There are boxes of cleaning materials and linens stacked in the corners waiting to be sent out. It’s a bit chaotic, but we have a system that works for us. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Most of our work is done over the phone or through quick meetings standing up because there isn't much room to sit. We’ve been in Tilak Nagar for a long time and we know most of the people on our street. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the jobs get done and the clients are taken care of. By the time we lock up at night, we are usually pretty tired, but it’s good work. 110018 is home for us.
