Out in Noida, at G-286 in Sector 22, is where we do our work. It’s a standard office setup in a part of town that has grown a lot lately. We’ve watched the buildings go up around us over the years. Our place is pretty practical and simple. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers. It’s technically an international company, but our day-to-day work feels very local and grounded. We have people coming in from all over the area. The commute to Noida can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the bridge, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have any of those fancy modern office things like bean bags or game rooms. We just have chairs, desks, and some basic supplies. It’s a place where work actually happens. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the latest projects during breaks. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, but we manage with extra fans. We aren't big on corporate speeches or flashy meetings. We just sit down and get through the tasks for the day. Sector 22 is a decent area with plenty of places to grab a quick bite for lunch. We know the local vendors around the corner. It’s a real environment. There’s always someone on a call or typing away at their keyboard. We keep it simple and focus on the technical stuff. It’s been our home for a while.
