Our office is at F-306 in New Vijay Nagar, Sector 9, Ghaziabad. It’s an apartment building, and Amit Singh is usually the one you’ll find here first thing in the morning. We are part of R Systems, and this particular branch is where a few of us handle the daily grind. The office is on an upper floor, so we get a bit of a view of the other buildings in the sector. It’s a pretty standard Ghaziabad neighborhood, with a mix of homes and small businesses. Inside, it’s just rows of computers and a lot of tangled cables under the desks. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and looking at code or systems data. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have the balcony door open to let in some air, even if it brings in the noise from the street. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We usually just talk over the partitions to figure things out. Lunch is often ordered from the local dhabas nearby, and we eat while we work if it's a busy day. The water cooler in the corner is always leaking a little bit, but we’ve put a towel under it and it’s fine. It’s a very low-key environment where we just try to stay on top of the work. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we're just here to do the job and get home.
