R L Travels,Gsa Asiana Airlines

You can find us up on the third floor of D-88 in West Patel Nagar. We’ve been here in New Delhi-110008 for a good stretch of time now. The sign says R L Travels, and we also handle things as the GSA for Asiana Airlines. It’s a climb up the stairs, but we like the view of the street from up here. Working in West Patel Nagar means there’s always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time looking at flight paths and ticketing systems. It’s not always easy, especially when the systems go slow or there are delays we can't control. We have a few desks shoved together and plenty of stacks of paper that we try to keep organized. It’s a practical space, nothing flashy. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they need specific help with their travel plans. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the ins and outs of the airline business. We try to be helpful when people call with problems. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic below, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’re just a local business trying to make sure travelers get where they need to go without too much fuss. We've seen many people come and go through these doors over the years we've been open.
