If you head over to Vikash Marg in Shakarpur, you’ll find us at D-77 on Vikash Lane. This area is notoriously busy, especially with all the commuters and the market nearby. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. It’s a small place, packed with travel brochures, passport copies, and old folders. We spend most of our time on the phone, trying to sort out tickets or explaining visa requirements to someone over the noise of the traffic outside. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a fancy lounge for people to wait in, just a couple of chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We handle tours and travel arrangements, which means we’re constantly dealing with shifting dates and changing prices. It can be a bit stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone loses their documents, but we just roll up our sleeves and fix it. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge global corporation. We’re just a local travel shop where people can come in and talk to us face-to-face. We know the regulars by name and we know which airlines are usually on time. Working on Vikash Marg means we're never bored. There’s always someone coming through the door with a new question or a trip they want to plan. We just take it one booking at a time and try to keep everything organized in our own way.
