R. G. Travel Services is tucked away on the third floor of 2/11A in Jangpura A. New Delhi is a crowded place, and our corner of Jangpura is no different. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to us, which is a bit of a workout every morning. Once you’re up here, it’s mostly the sound of phones ringing and keyboards tapping. We spend our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It’s a lot of staring at screens. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful about where we put the files. There’s a small window that looks out over the street, but there isn't much of a view, just other buildings and the usual Delhi traffic down below. We’ve been in this spot for several years. We aren't a big corporate agency with uniforms or anything like that. We’re just a small group of people who know a thing or two about travel. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting about where we'd like to go on holiday ourselves. Other days, everyone is calling at once and it gets a bit loud. We just take it as it comes. Being in Jangpura A is convenient for some, but parking can be a real headache if you aren't lucky. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else.
