We are located at Plot No - 27/B in Sanik Enclave. It's a busy part of New Delhi. Mostly we just deal with taxis and making sure drivers are where they need to be. The office is a bit small but it works for us. We have a few desks and a place for the drivers to sit and have tea when they aren't on a trip. New Delhi traffic is always a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone checking where everyone is. It gets loud in here sometimes because of the phones and the traffic outside. People come by looking for rides to the airport or just across town. We’ve been here in this spot for a while now. The building is simple and easy to find once you get into the enclave. We try to keep things organized but on rainy days it gets a bit chaotic. Our drivers know the shortcuts around Haryana and the local streets quite well. It’s a lot of work keeping cars running and making sure the logs are updated every evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork. It’s just how things go in the cab business. We don't have fancy furniture or anything, just what we need to get the job done. Every morning starts the same way with a bit of cleaning and then the first calls start coming in from people needing to get to work. It is a simple operation and we just try to keep it moving.
