Our base is at House Number 399/4 in B.N. Nagar, right on Street Number 12 in Shahdara. If you know Delhi, you know Shahdara is a place that never really stops moving. We operate out of this house, which acts as our main hub for managing the cabs and the drivers. It’s a local neighborhood, and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded, especially during the morning rush. We have a small office space inside where we keep track of where everyone is and what needs to be done. It’s a lot of coordination, and there’s usually a bit of chaos with the phones ringing and people coming in and out. The address is easy to find once you get into B.N. Nagar, but the traffic around here can be a real headache. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know all the shortcuts and the trouble spots. It’s not a shiny corporate building; it’s just a regular house that we’ve adapted for our needs. We spend our days making sure the cars are where they need to be and that our drivers are doing okay. It’s a tough business being on the roads in Delhi, but we just take it one shift at a time. The office is often full of tea cups and maps, which is just how we work. It’s a real, local operation through and through and we stay busy.
