Quick Booker

We’re based at K 26 on the Main Vasant Kunj Road. Being in Mahipalpur means we are right in the middle of all the airport traffic. Our office is a small room with a couple of computers and a lot of ringing phones. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and hotel listings. It’s not a very glamorous job, and the office is quite plain. We’ve got some old chairs for when people stop by in person to ask about prices. Usually, it’s just us trying to find a way to make a trip work for someone’s budget. Sometimes the internet cuts out and we have to wait a bit, which is frustrating but it happens. We don’t have a big team of executives. It’s just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. The road outside is always loud with cars and horns, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our records in big binders as well as on the screen, just in case. It’s a very practical way to run things. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny office furniture. We just focus on answering the phone and getting the details right. It’s a busy spot, but we like being where all the action is.
