Our office is located at A-67 in Narang Colony, which is part of the Janakpuri area in New Delhi. It is a residential street, so our building looks just like the houses next door. We work in the aviation services field, but our daily life is mostly spent behind desks. We handle a lot of the logistical details that go into keeping flights and ground services moving. It is not the kind of job where you see airplanes every day; instead, we see a lot of paperwork and computer screens. We have a small reception area where people can wait, but most of our business is done over the phone or through email. Janakpuri is a busy part of town, and the commute can be quite long if you are coming from the other side of Delhi. We have a small team of dedicated people who have been doing this for years. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements on the building. Most of our clients know where we are and just drop by when they need to talk. It is a straightforward operation. We just try to stay on top of the schedules and make sure all the numbers match up. It is a lot of quiet, focused work that keeps us occupied.
