Quest Retail Pvt Ltd.(With The Body Shop - Brand)

Our place is at 163 D/2 in Khirkee Village, which is right by Malviya Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a busy, narrow-street kind of area where there’s always something going on. Quest Retail Pvt Ltd. handles the Body Shop brand from here, and it’s a bit of a contrast between the famous brand name and our local village setting. We like it that way, though. It keeps us on our toes. The building is just a regular one, tucked away among all the other shops and houses in Khirkee. You might miss it if you aren't looking closely. Inside, it’s a mix of boxes, paperwork, and people trying to coordinate things. It gets a bit chaotic during delivery days, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We don't go for that slick corporate look. Instead, we have mismatched chairs and a fan that squeaks a little bit when it’s on high. It’s a very human way to work. We know the local shopkeepers and sometimes we get our lunch from the dhaba around the corner. We don't talk about "synergy" or "market share" much. We just focus on getting the retail side of things moving. It’s hard work, and the Delhi heat doesn't help, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here in Malviya Nagar. It’s just us, some products, and a lot of daily effort.
