Quest Manpower Consultants

We are over in Ghaziabad, specifically at Hig/F-10, Sector-23 in Raj Nagar. Our office is where we spend our time looking through piles of resumes and talking to people looking for work. Quest Manpower Consultants isn't a huge operation. It is just us trying to help people find a decent job and helping companies find the right staff. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is always someone coming in for an interview. Raj Nagar is a pretty organized part of the city, but our office can get a bit messy with all the paperwork we have to keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone, calling people to see if they are still looking or if they can come in for a chat. It is not always easy because sometimes the jobs aren't a perfect match, but we keep trying. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just sit down with people and ask them what they can do and what they are looking for. It is a very practical process. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the filing or to make one last call to a client. The weather in Ghaziabad can be tough, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast. We just focus on the day-to-day work of connecting people with opportunities. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning to night.
