Q.B.A.Restaurant And Bar is located at B 13 in Z-Block. We are in the Kashmiri Colony on Paprawat Road, part of Vetesta Enclave in Najafgarh. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you aren't from this part of New Delhi-110043. We run a restaurant and a bar, so it’s usually quite loud and busy in the evenings. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or behind the bar counter. There is always something to clean or a table to wipe down. It’s not a five-star fancy place, just a local spot where people come to eat and have a drink. We know most of the regulars who live around Kashmiri Colony. The food is just regular stuff we know how to cook well. Sometimes we run out of things and have to go to the market quickly. The street outside can be a bit messy, but we try to keep our place looking okay. It’s a lot of work standing on your feet all night. We don't have a big menu with words you can't pronounce. It's just simple food and drinks. We’ve been in Najafgarh for a while now. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We just open the doors and hope for a good crowd. Most nights are fine, though Friday can be a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once. We just do our best to get the orders out on time. The Vetesta Enclave is a quiet place until the music starts.
