Qba Resturant & Bar, Cannught Place , Delhi.

We’ve been running Qba Resturant & Bar for some time now at C-10/8 Dayalpur. People mostly know us as a spot in Cannught Place, Delhi, but our roots are right here in New Delhi 94. It’s not a very big place, but we make do with what we have. The kitchen starts up early in the morning, and the smell of spices usually fills the whole street by ten. We aren't trying to be some fancy high-end place. It’s just a bar and restaurant where you can sit down and have a decent meal. The tables are a bit worn out, and we probably should have painted the walls last year, but it’s got a good feeling to it. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the shops around the corner. We spend a lot of our time just keeping the place clean and making sure the drinks are cold. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud because the staff likes to play their own stuff, but nobody really complains. It’s a bit dusty outside on the main road, but once you step inside, it’s a nice break from the heat. We don't have any big marketing plans or a fancy menu. We just cook what we know how to cook and serve it as it is. It’s a simple life running a place like this in Delhi, and we keep things pretty basic for everyone who walks through the door.
