Q'Ba Restaurant & Bar W.G Hospitality

You can find us over at B- 786 in Sukhdev Nagar, which is right in the Kotla Mubarakpur area of New Delhi. Q'Ba is basically a restaurant and a bar, and we have been operating here under W.G Hospitality for a good while. The neighborhood is very crowded and the streets are narrow, so it always feels alive outside our door. Inside, we have our kitchen and the bar area where we serve whoever walks in. It is a lot of work keeping up with the food orders, especially when the evening rush starts. We are not a fancy place with white tablecloths. We have wooden tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. The staff here is like a small family. We argue sometimes about where the extra napkins are or why the fridge is making a weird noise. It is just the reality of running a food business in a busy part of Delhi. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the night is over and getting ready for the next day. The menu is mostly stuff that people like to eat when they are hungry and tired. We don't try to be trendy or anything like that. We just want the food to taste okay and the drinks to be cold. Kotla Mubarakpur is a tough place to run a business because everything is so tight, but we make it work every day.
