We are located in Mayur Vihar Phase-1, specifically at 121 Kala Vihar Apartments. It is a residential area in Delhi, so it is not your typical high-rise airline office. We work out of the apartment here. It is a bit more relaxed than being in a big corporate building. We have our computers set up and a couple of phones that ring throughout the day. Mayur Vihar is a nice part of Delhi, and Kala Vihar has been our base for a while. You will not find a big lounge or a ticket counter here. It is mostly administrative stuff and handling queries from local travelers. We try to keep things simple. When you call us, you are just talking to one of us sitting in a room, not a huge call center. We appreciate the quietness of the apartment complex compared to the noise of the main Delhi roads. Sometimes the lift does not work and we have to walk up, but that is just life in an older apartment block. We do not have a big fancy sign outside, just the number 121. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a fancy office. We focus on getting the details right for the flights and making sure everything is in order. It is just us doing our best in a quiet corner of Mayur Vihar.
