Qatar Airways

Our little office is tucked away at 710 Krishi Kunj in the Iari Pusa area. It’s a bit of a different spot for a name like Qatar Airways, right in the middle of New Delhi 110012. We handle a lot of things here, mostly related to travel and getting people where they need to go. It’s quiet compared to the main roads, which is actually quite nice for us. We have a few desks and some maps hanging on the wall. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s not a big glass building like you see in the pictures. It’s more like a home office vibe. We drink a lot of chai while looking at flight schedules and booking details on our screens. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers well. It gets really hot in the summer, and our old AC struggles a bit, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. People come by asking about trips or just to drop off some papers. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is open, people just walk right in. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’re just here in Pusa, doing what we do every day.
