Qatar Airways

Our Qatar Airways office is located at G-2/15 on the upper ground floor in Malviya Nagar. This part of New Delhi 110017 is quite nice, with a lot of shops and people walking around in the evenings. We handle the local side of things for the airline from this small office. It is not like the big airport counters you might be thinking of. It is just a regular office space where we sit and deal with ticket bookings, changes, and answering questions for people who live in the Malviya Nagar area. The upper ground floor spot makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. We have some chairs for customers and a couple of computers where we check the flights. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and people have to wait, but we try to get through the work as quickly as we can. The neighborhood is full of life, and there are some good tea stalls nearby where we go when we have a break. We have been in this G-2/15 location for a while now, and most of the neighbors know what we do. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just come in, open the office, and help people with their travel plans. It is a practical way to run things, and being in Malviya Nagar makes it convenient for everyone nearby who doesn't want to travel all the way to the main airport office.
