If you head down Khajoor Road near Joshi Road in Karol Bagh, you’ll find us at 16-332. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Most people think of big airplanes when they hear Qatar Airways, but this office is where we deal with the local side of things. We’ve been in this 110005 area for a bit now. The street gets crowded with people and scooters, especially in the afternoons. Inside, it's mostly just us handling tickets and talking to people who want to travel somewhere far away. We don't have a huge waiting room or anything like that. It's just a practical space with some desks and computers. Sometimes someone comes in looking for a flight to a place we don't even fly to, and we have to explain that to them. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The walls are a bit plain, but they do the job just fine. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks when it’s busy. It’s a lot of typing and checking screens all day long. We don't use those big scripts that some companies have. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. It’s a regular job for us here in Karol Bagh. We know the tea seller nearby pretty well. It’s just a normal office on a normal street, doing what we can.
