Qatar Airways

This Qatar Airways office is located at Pocket A2 on Lawrence Road in New Delhi. It’s a bit of an industrial and residential mix around here, so it’s not the typical place you’d expect to find an international airline office. But it works for us. We have been in this spot for a good while, and it’s where we handle a lot of the local logistics and customer queries. The office is pretty plain. We have some sturdy desks, blue chairs, and a few printers that hum all day long. Lawrence Road can be quite a busy place with trucks and cars, so it’s never really quiet outside. Inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously; we're the ones making sure the paperwork is correct and the schedules are managed. There isn't any fancy decor or luxury seating here. It's just a room with people working. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors and it gets a bit cramped, but we make it work. We don't use big words or corporate talk. If someone has a problem with a flight, we just look into the system and see what we can do. It’s a honest day's work in a busy part of Delhi. We’ve been at Pocket A2 long enough that we feel like a real part of the Lawrence Road community. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, without any unnecessary fuss.
