Our small office is at B-74 in the Oriental Apartments. This is in Sector-9, Rohini, New Delhi-85. It is not a huge airport office or anything like that. It is just a room in a residential apartment complex. We handle things from here for the people in the Rohini area. It is a bit quiet compared to the main city but it gets busy with phone calls. We don't have a big team. Just a couple of us who know how things work. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking bookings and flight details. It is a regular job. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It is just a carpeted room with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit if they come by. Most people just call us instead of walking in. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to customers. We just give them the facts and the prices. The apartment complex is nice and has a lot of families living there. Sometimes we hear the neighbors or the kids playing outside while we are working. It is a very local feel even if the name on the door is big. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure everything is in order. It is a steady life in a steady neighborhood. We keep it simple and focused.
