We are based at 2/120 Sunder Vihar, right along the Outer Ring Road near Paschim Vihar in New Delhi. It is a very busy location, and you can hear the traffic moving outside all day and night. This isn't one of those fancy airport lounges; it is just our local office where we handle a lot of the back-office tasks for Qatar Airways Co Wll. Inside, it’s a fairly simple setup with rows of desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. We have a small team of people here who are usually very busy helping travelers with their questions and fixing issues with bookings. We don’t wear the formal airline uniforms in this office, so it feels a bit more relaxed than what you might see at the terminal. We’ve been at this address for several years, and we have seen the neighborhood change and grow around us. The office itself is practical and maybe a little bit cluttered with old files and manuals. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle and some snacks for when things get really hectic. It is not a polished corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our daily work. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just try to be helpful and get the details right so that people can get where they are going. It’s just a regular office life for us here in New Delhi.
