We operate out of the office spaces listed as 10th 2001 and 12th 2003 near the C.B.S.E. area in Delhi, handling bits and pieces for Qatar Airways. It is a bit of a trek to get up to these floors sometimes, but the view of the surrounding buildings is okay. We spend most of our hours looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best way to help people get where they need to go. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, usually through emails or over the phone. The office can get a bit stuffy when the air conditioning is struggling in the heat, but we just open a window and keep at it. We aren't here to do anything flashy; it is just about the daily grind of travel logistics. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in with questions, and other times it is just us and the sound of the keyboards clicking away. The area around the C.B.S.E. building is always bustling with students and officials, so there is plenty of energy around. We usually bring our lunches from home and eat together while we talk about anything but work for a few minutes. It is a practical environment where we just try to be useful and keep the records straight for the airline. We have been doing this for a while now, so we know the routine pretty well by now.
