Qantas Airways

So we are over here in Paschim Vihar. The office is at B1/13 Mianwali Nagar. It's not a huge airport hub or anything, just our local spot for Qantas Airways stuff. People ask why we are in this residential bit of New Delhi-85, but it's actually quite quiet here. We handle bookings and questions about flights most of the day. A lot of folks want to go to Australia or other places and need to know the rules. We sit at the desks and look at the computer screens. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates and names. The tea guy comes by around eleven and that’s a highlight for the staff. We don’t have those fancy airline uniforms on all the time. Just regular clothes mostly. If you need help with a ticket or a change, you come to this address. We’ve been in Paschim Vihar for a while now. The street can get a bit crowded with cars in the evening when everyone gets home. We just do the work. It’s straightforward and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. No big speeches about the magic of flying. Just getting the seats booked and making sure the papers are right. Dealing with travel can be a real headache for people, so they come here to talk to a human being. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss. That's just how we run things at this small branch.
