We are located at Eb-61 in Maya Enclave, which is a fairly quiet part of New Delhi compared to the main roads. Our office is in a building that feels more like a house than a corporate center. We like it that way because it makes the long hours feel a bit more comfortable. It is just a private firm, and we don't have any big ambitions to become a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us here. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with the Delhi heat and the occasional power cut is just part of the daily routine for us. We have a small area where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. Most of our day is spent handling the usual business tasks and talking to people on the phone. Parking around Maya Enclave can be a real struggle, so we usually tell people to take the metro if they can. We don't have any flashy signs outside our door, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right place. It is a very down-to-earth setup. We don't use any fancy management software or have big meetings. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs to be decided. It is simple and it works for us.
