It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit different from the big commercial spots you might expect. We have been operating from this place for a while now. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a normal space where we get together and do our work. We deal with the entertainment side of things, but our day-to-day is actually quite ordinary. There is a lot of organizing and checking lists to make sure everything is on track. The streets outside are usually full of people and kids playing, which makes it feel like a real community. We like being part of Dakshin Puri. We don't really do the whole marketing thing where we talk about being leaders in the industry. We just focus on the task in front of us. Some days are really long and we stay late to finish up. Other days are a bit slower and we can have a tea and talk for a minute. It is just a group of regular people trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our jobs in this little corner of New Delhi. It works for us and we just keep going.
