Our office is based at Jpihm on Mawana Road in Meerut. Being on Mawana Road means there is always something going on outside, especially with the college students from JPIHM constantly moving around. It’s a pretty high-traffic area, so there’s always a bit of dust and noise, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle things for PVR from this location, mostly focusing on the local operations and making sure the daily schedules are running right. The office itself is quite plain, just some desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the different teams and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. It’s a lot of logistics and phone calls to be honest. On hot days, the fan just barely keeps things comfortable, but we manage. Most of us here have been in Meerut for years, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the Mawana Road traffic when we need to get somewhere fast. It’s just a normal, hardworking office where we try to get through the to-do list before the day ends. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic work that keeps the cinema side of things functioning behind the scenes. It's practical and works for what we need to do.
